You’ll be able to download the eBook files immediately after payment is confirmed on the checkout page or from the email you’ll receive following your purchase.
All the eBooks on this site are digital downloads and do not have shipping costs. We do sell printed bound copies on Amazon if you prefer which are considered a separate purchase from any eBooks on this site. These may have additional shipping costs associated with them.
If you experienced any technical issues with your eBook purchase please contact us right away and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. Our customers are our first concern. Please include any information you feel pertinent to the issue so that we can investigate accordingly.
Our eBooks are available Microsoft Word, PDF or in Google Docs format. We do not provide hard copy books through this website though you can purchase bound printed copies on Amazon. All Microsoft Word files have been developed in Microsoft Word 2013 but are maintained in compatibility mode for conversion to older versions of Word. If you are experiencing formatting issues it is most likely due to this conversion. We want you to use these tools within your organization, which is why we provide them in Word. To do this effectively, some reformatting would be necessary anyways. We hope that you choose to respect copyright. Instructions are included on how to copy the Google Doc versions into your own Google Account.
If you feel that our eBooks have not met your expectations, please contact us and let us know why. We would be happy to discuss a refund if you feel that is necessary.
We want to continually improve our eBooks and as we gather customer feedback we expect to revise them. Included in any purchase you will receive free copies of future editions based on the 2015 Standards. We will contact you regarding these revisions using the email address you provide when you make a purchase.
All prices include taxes and are in Canadian dollars. We accept payments through PayPal or Stripe. Both options accept all major credit cards and are secure.
